Emma Schneider

Emma is a native of the Muncie area. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with her bachelor's degree in Apparel Design and Fashion Merchandising from Ball State University in 2023. She is in her last semester of study in the Masters of Business Administration (MBA) where she also serves as the graduate assistant to the MBA office. She is an instructor in the Applied Business Studies department at Ball State as well. Emma is the CEO of her two businesses, Reflections Boutique and The Blonde Baker. She enjoys spending time with family, listening to podcasts, reading, and cuddling with her two Shihtzus, Lola and Lizzy. Her long-term career goal is to continue expanding her entrepreneurial ventures as well as continuing to teach and help others! Her community service initiative is SAFE Project: Stop the Addiction Fatality Epidemic. She hopes to reduce the stigma associated with those facing the disease of addiction, and promote harm reduction resources such as Naloxone (or Narcan) to save lives.
